Career pathways are typical paths by which an individual might reach employment in a certain occupation. While they are by no means the only way to become employed in a given occupation, they do offer a general guideline.
This Career Pathway was developed by the Zepf Center which operates the OhioMeansJobs Lucas County One Stop with funding provided through the Health Professional Opportunity Grant (HPOG) from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: Administration of Children and Families. HPOG is focused on providing access to health care training and job placement assistance for low income individuals. The pathway incorporates the new services/descriptions from the behavioral health redesign which will be helpful as students are beginning their careers.
